Our services for the investor owners include marketing, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, accounting, and other financial tasks, such as mortgage and strata fee payments. We aim to maximize revenues and provide our clients and their tenants with professional, prompt, and courteous service.

BC Housing & Government
We are very proud of our non-profit housing portfolio. We work closely with the board and BC Housing to develop a long term solution for the needs our low income tenants. The work varies substantially depending on the board involvement in tenant selection and other day-to-day matters.

Pooled Rentals
For pooled units, the compensation structure generally involves a monthly percentage of gross revenue only. Our experience includes Apartment buildings ranging from 20 to over 100 units. Our services include marketing, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, accounting, and other matters, such as representation of owners at any Residential Tenancy Branch disputes.
